Welcome to the waitlist for GO, the dating app developed by Wired Labs Corp. ("we," "our," "us"). By joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the waitlist and any related services.

Opt-In Matching Service

If you choose to opt into our matching service, we will use your provided information to connect you with other users for potential dates. Your participation in this service is voluntary, and you can opt out at any time.

User Conduct

You agree to interact with other users respectfully and refrain from any form of harassment or disrespectful behavior. We reserve the right to remove any user from the waitlist and our services if they are found to be harassing or disrespecting others.

Removal from Service

We may, at our sole discretion, remove users from our waitlist and matching service if they violate these Terms. This includes but is not limited to harassment, discrimination, or any other inappropriate behavior.

No Discrimination

We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. All users are expected to treat each other with respect, regardless of age, sexuality, location, or any other personal characteristics.

Changes to Terms

Wired Labs Corp. reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the waitlist and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
